The bay window leading from the living area to the large, private terrace is equipped with a mosquito net. A 6-person dining table, garden furniture with an electric griddle, a partial sea view, and the tranquility of the residence make the large terrace an ideal spot for balmy summer evenings. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, built-in refrigerator, etc.) with a bar and four high chairs will allow you to express your culinary talents.
