Direkt am feinen Sandstrand ;-)))

Lage und Ausblick sind perfekt!! Restaurants sind sehr nahe und viel Grün wächst und blüht rund um die Häuser und Wege.

Alte Wohnung mit top Aussicht

Die Aussicht und die Lage war Top, sehr nahe am Strand. Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen gerade genug, teilweise wahren Ameisen in der Küche. Die Küchengeräte mussten teilweise vor dem Gebrauch noch gereinigt werden.

Idéalement situé avec vue de dingue mais très mal entretenu et sale à l'arrivée. Les housses de matelas étaient très Sales. Mal équipé pour l'entretien (pas d'aspirateur, balai dans un état pitoyable...). C'est dommage.

Belle vue sur mer tout simplement. Literie parfaitement défectueuse : canapé lit inomable. Transat déchiré. Verrou de la porte d'entrée défectueux : nécessité d'avoir la clef. Etagères en bois des placards en miette. Linge plein de sciure. A revoir en totalité au vu du prix de la location.

Bon séjour familial

- 2 seniors avec 2 petits enfants, revenus plusieurs fois dans cet appartement - nous apprécions la proximité de la plage, l'emplacement réservé sur le parking fermé, le bon état d'entretien de la résidence, la double exposition de l'appart et la vue sur la plage, la propreté des sols, murs et coin cuisine - mais regrettons le manque de propreté de l'intérieur des placards de rangement, les lits en 90 en mauvais état - et la canicule!( sans climatisation, impossible à oublier même la nuit!)

Bien situé

Un peu vieux comme portes de placard qui ne ferme pas, l’évier lavabo qui ne fonctionne pas, fenêtre chambre difficile à ouvrir. Table extérieur à lattes donc tout passe au travers etc…sinon appartement super bien situé mais quand on arrive un vrai labyrinthe pour le trouver et aucune explication ne nous a été transmise alors nous avons dû solliciter les habitants.

Très belle vue

Séjour et balcon très agréables avec vue sur mer. Appartement spacieux. Très bonne situation face à la plage et facilité pour se balader à pieds. Pas de circulation de voiture. Point négatif la literie : clic clac neuf mais pas confortable et les sommiers dans la chambre à revoir.

Magnifique

Endroit très agréable pour profiter de la mer et la plage à 50m de la location. Quelques détails a revoir pour les literies de la chambre à part celui du salon. Salle de bain les robinets un peu anciens. Cuisine nickel et terrasse immense avec les équipements de la plage (transat..)un plus dans cette location. Je recommande vivement
