Room was clean and my hub loved the pool (twice). Bed and furnishings were nicely set up. People working there were all friendly and very pleasant. Pretty quiet too.

Room keys didn’t initially work. Room was nice but bathroom shower is oddly designed. Water leaks all over the bathroom floor. Can hear guests in room above.

For a new hotel the plate around the shower handle was already coming off the wall. I thought it was broken because I couldn't turn the shower on, when it was actually just wrenched as hard as possible to the off position otherwise the shower head dripped - which we discovered when we tried to sleep that night.

Bkfst definitely could have been served with a better attitude ,understandable that they were waiting on inventory the first morning but i thought she must just be having a bad day ,so next morning everything was empty and it supposed to be open for another 40 minutes but she was no where to be found again and once she was found still had a very poor attitude so maybe work on your social behavior toward people ,but the overall stay was Good just needs some work on the social skills for bkfst try not to dislike your job so much is all i would say
