Private garden of about 90 m2 for accommodation. Equipped with a barbecue with table, garden chairs and sunbathing.

A large American kitchen with tables and chairs overlooking the fully equipped living room (Dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge, induction hob, extractor, toaster, SENSEO coffee maker and crockery.
A lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi connection. Fiber optics throughout the house.
Balcony overlooking the dining room with electric awning to shelter from the sun when you eat there.

Night side:
3 bedrooms including 1 double bed 140x200 in 2 bedrooms and 1 double 130×190 in the 3rd bedroom. Possibility to add a single folding bed in a bedroom (on request), cupboards and wardrobe in the bedrooms. You will have an office area or a secretary in your rooms if you want to write or put your computer down.
