Set on an enclosed lot of approximately 3,000 m², the property is surrounded by a typically Provençal natural setting. A true haven of tranquility where you can recharge your batteries. Outside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant covered terrace with patio furniture, perfect for meals and relaxing outdoors. A 6 m² annex also provides space for storing luggage, equipment, or recreational gear. The cottage is an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and heritage of the Massif des Maures. Just a few minutes’ drive away, you can visit the medieval village of Grimaud and its castle, stroll through the picturesque streets of Ramatuelle, or enjoy the beaches and lively atmosphere of Saint-Tropez. Surrounded by nature, the sea, and Provençal villages, the region offers a wide range of activities: local markets, hiking, biking, swimming, or simply relaxing in the sun. First floor: well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa, utility room with storage, one bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a small bedroom with two single pull-out beds (90x190), bathroom, and separate toilet.
