Newly built in 2020 fully air-conditioned villa of 250m2 with a garden of 2500m2. The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, making it suitable for 10 people. Enjoy the magnificent view of La Garde Freinet and the mountains from the heated infinity pool of 12 x 5 meters. The villa has a tasteful modern design. The master bedroom has a bed of 180 x 200 cm, the other 4 bedrooms have beds of 160 x 200 cm. In the garden there are several lounge areas, as well as a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a jeu de boules court. Of course there is Wifi and satellite TV with Dutch, English and German channels via Canal digital.
