There was an issue the first night. Electrical issues forced us to transfer to another local, unaffiliated property...which was not at the level of comfort and amenities we expected or had paid for. That said, the hotel went out of its way to correct the issue, first by upgrading our rooms, then reaching a mutually agreeable price correction. All in all, a great stay! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were blown away. This is a gorgeous property with an excellent restaurant. Everyone on staff was amazing (Lucy, Kevin, Hansel, Rey, Jay, Jaimer). The stay was relaxing, the room was comfortable and the food at Bosque restaurant was exceptional. The hotel is located close to many local attractions plus the free frog tour on property every night is a must do. We highly recommend a stay here.
