The Hot spring pools were so relaxing. The rooms were good but the AC was too loud and possibly needed a new one. Also the room had a bit of cobwebs but overall the property was beautiful.

Room was beautiful, view was beautiful, gardens were beautiful. Love this hotel. The springs were lovely. This location is perfect, whether you want to use the hotel's springs or visit one of the other big complexes like Baldi or Paradise, which are a couple of mins walk away! The staff were lovely, shout-out to Julio, who was a star - kind and helpful. <3 As a lone traveller, it was great, but it would be a lovely stay for families too. Hope to return someday. :)

The staff was very friendly. We had a family of 5 and we were able to upgrade to the house upon arrival which gave us a lot more room. There wasn't any A/C but there were ample fans to help with the heat. The kitchen was open air so we did get a few critters and mosquitos inside at night but nothing dangerous. The breakfast was very good and we ordered dinner there one night and it was delicious. The property is small so it felt very private, felt safe and the view of Arenal Volcano was amazing.

Lovely hot springs pools - 4 to choose from and very quiet. We stayed in a spacious family room and we were able to check-in early and check-out late. Nice breakfast and reliable wi-if. Needed a taxi / uber to get to la fortuna.

The room was somewhat in disrepair, and there was not adequate space for luggage or other items (no dressers, night stand, etc). We checked out early, and management did not refund the unused nights or respond to messages. The grounds and hot springs were nice, as was the staff that we interacted with while there.

Great hotel and hot springs

My girlfriend and I stayed at this awesome hotel at the base of Volcano Arenal. Our check in was super easy and the office staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender, Jose, provided conversation and incredible drinks. Our hotel room was clean, food was good. Views and hot springs were perfect. We would love to stay here again.
