If you go to look this place up for directions use GOOGLE MAPS. Apple Maps will take you to the wrong. The room we stayed in was as described, the shower head had low water pressure and could use a new one. Rooms were cleaned and maintained everyday and the breakfast was a small buffet style Costa Rica breakfast.

Great time there. Staff was the best. We stayed at a few hotels in Costa Rica. This place just felt like a second home. It's not too busy or crowded, so the pools were not packed. The fact that they have 5 places to swim gave us plenty of time to have just our family at one. The best part of this place were the people. They helped us prepare every excursion. Very friendly and personable. We would definitely return.

Breakfast started at 7:30 am so if you’re staying here and booking excursions think about what you’ll eat if your excursions start earlier. We seen lots of different insects while we stayed here not sure if that’s normal because of CR /forest but just FYI. Water pressure was low as well when taking showers. Rooms do not have a microwave and some don’t have a refrigerator. I wish they had a laundry room to wash clothes especially bathing suits since you’re in the hot springs a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are a little out dated with some in better condition than others. It was adequate for the 3 nights. Location was wonderful. We had a superb view but there was no hot water for our showers. Room was always cleaned well.

Hot water did run out in middle of day. Breakfast was the same everyday and was good but not great, in my opinion. Noticed they cleaned the Hot springs and rooms all had bench outside the door and parking. Very very Close walk to their hot springs

Room was beautiful, view was beautiful, gardens were beautiful. Love this hotel. The springs were lovely. This location is perfect, whether you want to use the hotel's springs or visit one of the other big complexes like Baldi or Paradise, which are a couple of mins walk away! The staff were lovely, shout-out to Julio, who was a star - kind and helpful. <3 As a lone traveller, it was great, but it would be a lovely stay for families too. Hope to return someday. :)
