The room was fairly clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Not knowing Spanish some staff workers will translate Spanish to English on the phone app. Much of the staff spoke English though. Mr.Didre took extra care to make us feel comfortable. Thank You.

Hotel Mountain Paradise was exactly that Paradise the food was amazing at the restaurant and the breakfast is exactly what you needed The hospitality from Anthony, Jeffery, Marlon was spectacular! Our room was clean and smelled amazing every time we walked in. The hot tub was the perfect temp. The view of the volcano was unbeatable! Book this hotel! Swim up bar and pool was warm so nice to be in! We saw so much wildlife on the property as well like a sloth! We will be back!

We spent 3 nights at Paradise Mountain Hotel, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very unique and very clean! We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda and looking at the scenery. So beautiful and quiet. We would definetlt stay there again. The pool was nice and qas nice to have a bar menu if you do not want a full meal at the resturant.

Booked my trip to Costa Rica to celebrate my birthday with my sister. Madelyn made all the arrangements; from arranging our airport pick up and drop off to booking all our 3 excursions pre arrival. She also upgraded us to the villa garabito from the premium casita with a stunning view of the Arenal volcano. I have never had such a smooth trip with everything taken care of pre arrival. Our rooms were cleaned daily by Josie. Fresh towels provided and was spotless. A cute towel animal was placed daily on my bed which was nice to come back to. The shampoo conditioner and shower get was paraben free and smelled great. Espresso machine was amazing with delicious coffee stocked daily. The pool was clean with a nice temperature and Louis at the wet bar was amazing to chat with. His service was impeccable. Food was delicious and grounds well maintained. The security guard Reynaldo helped us get in our room upon arrival as our room key card wasn't working. He was really nice. Overall, villa room, staff, amenities, property views and grounds were fantastic. We stayed there 6 nights and didnt't feel like leaving. Highly recommend you stay here for a natural vibe with stunning view Our jacuzzi working but they said they can send someone to fix it. We didnt't bother with it as we had the private pool and the main pool area. The only reommendation will be to have lounge chairs in the villa patio and pool area so we can laze comfortably. We made do with resting our feet on the other chairs.

The bathroom large, the tub filled quickly. Water pressure was good. Hot water was hot and available. Shower gel and soap provided smelled amazing. Don’t love that you can’t park next to the casita, but also that did make for nice walking grounds in the morning. Lots of beautiful trees and flowers. WiFi was not great. Kitchen was nice to have, but nothing to make food hot so??? More like a wet bar. GREAT view of the volcano, close to the local free hot springs entrance, didn’t visit the pool but looked nice and was steaming at night. Breakfast was perfect, beautiful place to start the day. Super quiet at night, the bed was incredible, comfortable and king size which is hard to find. Gets pretty slippery on the patio in the rain. We brought our pup and she approved also. Nice place overall, romantic.

The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast and pool was great, the rooms were nice. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add seating to the rooms. I am an early riser, and it would have been nice to have a place to sit and read or drink coffee waiting for the rest of the group to get up!

This was a beautiful property and the suite we stayed in was huge!! We loved the view of the volcano and the pool being right next to the bar. The drinks and food at the bar and at the restaurant were pricy, but the overall property was great.

The property is beautiful and you feel like you’re in a lush rainforest. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast at the restaurant each morning and it was very nice - local dishes, fresh fruit and an omelette station. The hotel is located near hot springs, shopping and restaurants, but also sets out far enough that it is quiet and peaceful. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage boys in our group. We all agree that this was a great stay and we will definitely return.
