There’s a beautiful, spacious hot tub where you can adjust the temperature to your liking. And don’t miss the observation deck with a view of the volcano. There’s also a beautiful garden where you can relax while reading or working. The villa offers 100 Mbps Wi-Fi. Everything is completely private and enclosed.

The property has all the amenities and private parking. It is completely secure. You have full and exclusive use of the property. It includes an in-home safe. Access to the house is via a code on an exterior security box. The same applies to the front door.

Monstera has a spacious garden with a terrace where you can spend the afternoon reading or simply relaxing. A crib is provided for infants. Both the bedroom and living room are air-conditioned. You’ll also enjoy views of the volcano from our observation deck, perfect for admiring sunsets. And don’t miss the spacious hot tub, where you can unwind after a day of activities. It’s our private and secure retreat. There are nature trails within the residential complex where, with a bit of luck, you can spot sloths and birds from the street. It’s a magnificent and very pleasant place.
