Wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect view of Arenal volcano. On site they have a farm where kids can milk cows, have a small horse back ride and gather eggs from the hen house daily. The staff was incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. On the property are 4 hot spring pools to enjoy! Very safe property I let my 13 year old wander and explore. We also tried the on property spa and got massages, it was rustic but an excellent treatment

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like an oasis in La Fortuna. The staff was so nice and helpful. They helped book all our tours, they even prepared us breakfast to go when we left early on our departure day. The property is so well kept and the hot springs are great to relax in after exploring and hiking. The restaurant on site has delicious food. One of the best places we have stayed in. We are a family of four. We had a lot of fun at the place. They have multiple hot springs in the property. The property is over looking the volcano. Staff were super friendly and hospitable. Ww will definitely go back.
