Wonderful hotel off the beaten path and super private. The room was fabulous. The bathroom was huge and the private pool was a huge plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast down the street was very good as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Fortuna Retreat is a beautiful boutique hotel – we were greeted when we arrived and shown around the property. Our room was very nice with a spectacular view of Arenal Volcano. The grounds were amazing, lush and verdant. The breakfast was at a nearby (short walk) restaurant and was delicious. We were extremely pleased with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Great little hotel with amazing views of Arenal volcano. We are lucky enough to see the volcano every day of our stay with amazing views from our room. It’s not a big hotel but it’s very quaint and was perfect for our stay. The staff was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool is small but nice to hang out for a little. The room was beautiful and very clean.
