Every aspect of the hotel was spot on, while I was only there for three days, I wish it could have been longer! The entire staff from the front desk, restaurant, maid service, and spa provided exceptional service and support. I'd rate the professional masseuse more than five stars and probably the top three of massages I've ever had, which have been many/globally! I only ate at the restaurant for breakfast but the food quality and preparation was perfecto! This hotel is my new favorite in all of Costa Rica and look forward to my next stay there! I highly recommend them if you're in the area!

Room was spotless. Staff was awesome. Property is beautiful with a little hiking trail where we saw a sloth and birds amd toads. Great for night hunting on your own. Has a creek running through it. Great views of volcano. Only downfalls, horrible cell service, even with hotel wifi. I will book again.

The main reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the pillows are terribly big and hard, we had to sleep with our heads on the mat every night or we would end up with a stiff neck! But overall it was a great place to stay in La Fortuna!

I’m very disappointed with my stay, and even though the hotel eventually tried to help, the experience did not match what was advertised on Expedia. The biggest issue was the misleading description: Expedia listed the Deluxe Room as having two queen beds, but they were actually small double beds. The room was clearly meant for two people, yet we were three and had to request extra towels, water, and glasses because the room was only set up for two. They also charged for bottled water, which most hotels offer for free. We had no Wi-Fi or phone signal in the room at all, even with a local Costa Rica eSIM. The balcony didn’t have signal either, despite being told it would. When we asked about this, the receptionist insisted they never said they offered Wi-Fi, even though it’s listed on Expedia. Customer service was disappointing, when we asked to switch rooms, the staff were dismissive and unprofessional, and wouldn’t even look us in the eye. They moved us the next day, which was inconvenient since our stay was short. The location is also very isolated unless you have a car. You’re basically stuck at the hotel, with the only nearby place being a great new restaurant called Luisita. Everything else is far. Tours, massages, and drinks were extremely overpriced compared to options in La Fortuna. The only good part was the breakfast. Overall, I’m most disappointed with Expedia for providing inaccurate information and refusing any refund or compensation. DO BETTER!

The massage was the best part. So wonderful listening to the rain while relaxing. Very beautiful place.
Buffet breakfast. Lots of selection. Fresh fruit was delicious.

10/10 place to stay. The balcony in the room was lovely to have. Super comfortable and I loved the towel animals every day. The included breakfast was great, but we didn't enjoy our dinner at the restaurant. The pools were great and I enjoyed some fresh starfruit that we found on the mini hiking trail on the property. Great staff, accessible on-site parking. Definitely a gem.

Beautiful little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of la Fortuna. Having said that, you really do need a vehicle to get around and in to town. Buffet breakfast was amazing and bar at the pool had great service and food.

The WiFi did not work where I was staying at and I reported it to the front desk and they could not do much about it. They said where my room was located was out of their control and that the WiFi is weak over in my area. Overall, good hotel and excellent staff
