Lovely garden and private grounds with a creek running through the property, the house was kept cool with air conditioning, the beds comfortable and a charming loft for my son to have his own space (something hotels these days do not offer). The owner was responsive and thoughtful and the friendly neighborhood cat was an added bonus and free entertainment.

We loved being more in the country, we didn’t realize the property was so large, it was a very happy surprise. The cabin was comfortable, had everything we needed, and very close to town. Our favorite soda was just down the street. Quite, peaceful, would stay here again in a heartbeat. I almost don’t want to review so others don’t find this hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay but there were some issues with functionality of some of the amenities and we didn’t get a response when we reported that the toaster oven was not working. The grill was also not working. We didn’t let those things deter us from enjoying our stay. The grounds are beautiful and the outdoor deck area is incredible for just relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning functioned well and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend to a friend with the awareness that not everything will be perfect.

The location was not ideal. He would need a car. They mentioned restaurants were within walking distance, which was not true. The hot tub did not work. There was no furniture inside. They moved it all outside which they should’ve moved inside when a new tenant arrived. The place wasn’t clean. I would not recommend staying there
