Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pool is fed by a natural hot spring, and the water was warm, clean, and well maintained. Our room was serviced daily, and the towels were replaced each day. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. When raining expect the sound from roof but we are ok did that we like it.

We have been to Costa Rica three times, and this was one of the best stays the staff was super helpful and polite. The food at the adjacent restaurant was delicious! The thermal inclining pool was a life saver traveling with two toddlers who love the water. Any issues that arise were addressed promptly. The location was also very convenient, and put you in a prime location to walk and tey out other restaurants, its within walking distance of a gigantic souvenir shop, and several stores, and attraction sign ups. I fully recommend! Oh and they helped us with transportation back to the airport after our previous accommodation fell through.

We loved having our own little cabin separate from the others. It was very comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and watching the birds and even an aguti in the trees and bushes on the property.

The rooms were nice and cozy own privacy as the rooms were seperated from other guests rooms. The staff was wonderful and very attentive in room upkeep as well as recommending activities to do. You also, get to see wildlife nearby which makes it more relaxing. Overall great experience!

We loved our little bungalow. The street in front of the hotel is very busy, but the cabins are all very quiet. We had plenty of room for us and our 2 kids. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon, and having breakfast onsite was very easy & convienent. Staff was super helpful and lovely. Not lots of amenities, but a great simple base to explore La Fortuna's adventures.

We had a very good experience with our stay. The only thing is that in room number three we had no hot water initially. We found our own hack and we figured out that when we open the sink water running there is suddenly hot water in the shower. Lol the staff is very friendly and very helpful, the food is excellent in their restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.
