The 50m² house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The rental features a lovely enclosed terrace with no overlooking neighbours, of 25m² ideal for relaxing in deckchairs or sharing a good meal. You will have access to a heated communal swimming pool (open from late April and heated from 30 May to 30 September). In this house, you will find a television and a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge-dining room has induction hobs, a grill microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Tassimo, a toaster, a kettle…
The co-ownership reminds residents of the building that it is forbidden to use charcoal barbecues, however you will have access to an electric griddle in the accommodation.
