The Vacation Home, 3 Minutes from the Ocean

The holiday home allows a pleasant stay with family or friends in a secure, quiet and well-frequented residence. At a distance from the road, it offers the most beautiful location of the residence. Not overlooked and overlooking the park, you will find a playground, a petanque court and at the bottom of the park, at a distance, the 20 m heated and secure swimming pool.
The house consists on the first floor of an entrance, cupboard with availability: bodyboards and beach umbrellas, a toilet. In the living room, around the functional fireplace, there is a desk, a TV, Netflix, wifi, a sofa with trundle bed if necessary. Adjoining the living room, the dining room has a table for 6/8 people, a sofa and in a large cupboard are stored all the necessary crockery and utensils for each meal including seafood platter. In the evening, the table will be transformed into a beautiful game table for the whole family.
In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, ceramic hob, combined oven/microwave, sink and everything necessary for cooking and storage, a large volume fridge/freezer is in the back kitchen. The large terrace offers a 180° green view, not overlooked with 1 garden table for 8 and 2 deckchairs, the enclosed garden is shaded by a beautiful umbrella pine.
Upstairs, the night area consists of a master bedroom with double beds + bathroom, bath + toilet. A guest bedroom with double bed and large storage cupboards. The third bedroom offers 2 double beds and storage. A bathroom with shower and separate sink completes the floor.
