Villas Bahía Salinas is an apartment complex equipped for families who come to enjoy nature and Costa Rica’s best beaches.

To get there, enter the town of La Cruz and then head toward El Jobo.

We’re located 400 meters west of Super La Casona and 700 meters from the beach. At Copal Beach, which is very popular because it’s a kiteboarding spot.

We hold a Tourism Declaration, the “Marca Esencial Costa Rica” certification, a business license, and a permit from the Ministry of Health.

Pets are not allowed, and we have 24-hour surveillance cameras.

The complex features two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a children’s pool. Use of the pools and speakers is permitted until 8 p.m., as the atmosphere is primarily family-oriented and relaxing. Parking is ample, and all facilities are surrounded by a fully enclosed and secure perimeter.

One towel per person is provided for use within the facilities; in the event of loss or damage, a fee of $20 per towel will be charged.

Each villa includes: a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a rice cooker, and a blender. It is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. It has two bedrooms. Digital cable TV and air conditioning. Bed linens and towels are provided.

There are more than 10 different beaches in the area that you can reach in 5 to 20 minutes.

Here are the most popular ones: Soley, Papaturro, Las Nubes, Copal, El Jobo, La Coyotera, La Rajada, Rajadita, Pilas, and you can also visit Reserva Junquillal, Cuajiniquil, Murciélago, among others.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is at 12 a.m.

The idea is to bring the food you have at home, prepare it, and enjoy this wonderful place in the comfort and safety provided by Villas Bahía Salinas.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property manager and staff are lovely. Everything else was underwhelming. It was hard to locate and there was a locked gate with no instructions for how to get in. The property looked nice from the photos but the images did not accurately represent the small, dark rooms and the fact that it’s a cluster of little studio motel rooms. It has the feel of a fixer upper motor lodge. It has tons of potential; just still needs work and wasn’t at all what we were led to believe we were renting. It’s overpriced for what it is.
