We did not stay the night. We went to another hotel. The bedding on both beds was stained, there was hair in the sink and tub, air conditioner was filthy and the hot tub was broke. The hotel smelled like weed the moment we walked in.

Well, at least it's cheap. Towells are threadbare. The hallway reeks of putrifaction. Breakfast was late & slowly brought out by a sloppy looking person. I dont think the hot tub or pool work anymore.

This was by far the worst experience I have had in a hotel. I have pictures of how unclean and damaged the condition of our room was, how both my friend's and my reservations were mismanaged, and how privacy was violated by workers lingering outside room, looking in peepholes, and attempting to enter without knocking. This was an extreme disappointment and an uncomfortable stay.

We cleaned the room ourselves . The room was missing hair blow dryer so we bought one. The lock was broken and the staff did come fix it, which was good. The staff was friendly, the hotel was just not what we expected.

The bedding had sand on it. I question whether it was washed after the last guest. Bedding had stains and the bed skirt was all torn. The bed was old, the springs were incredibly loud when you moved. The office chair must have been 40 years old, no leather left of in. Dresser drawers didn't close. Sink drain didn't work. Thankfully the air conditioner worked.

The front staff was friendly. The room was dirty, it smelled awful & beds were uncomfortable. It was noisy! I could hear guests shouting in the hallway & doors slamming. We checked out ASAP!!

The property needs some severe updating. There is no elevator to the second floor. The lamp shade had tears in them, the air-conditioning was barely working, the was very old and outdated, the drain didn't work, it needed a good cleaning, the breakfast was terrible, and barely amenity.

The room smelled of marijuana upon entering. When checking in our original assigned room was not ready with front desk staff commenting "housekeeping is no where close to having your room ready", we were there 10 minutes prior to posted check in time of 3 pm. Toilet was loose when sitting on it. only stayed one night, when leaving at 0700 the next morning there was a pair of mens underwear in the hallway.

Would Never Book Again

We arrived at the hotel after a long day and drive only to find out that the staff had double-booked our room in error. The manager on duty was quite nonchalant about the error (it was late at night, and we were exhausted). It is probably just as well though because the hotel seemed sketchy. The parking lot was super dark and the public restroom smelled of cannabis. It just gave us bad vibes. We won’t ever try this hotel in the future. I’ve been using hotels.com to book my stays for YEARS. This was my first poor experience with hotels.com. To anyone looking to book this particular hotel—move on.

Difficult to get hot water in the shower. Very basic grab & go type breakfast offered. We saw a cockroach in the breakfast room. The room was decently clean but the main facility was old, dated and kinda of grimey. Smelled like smoke in some areas. Overpriced for liw quality.

Room and hotel was clean however many detail issues with the room, lamp shades not secured, toilet not sealed down and loose, shower head pipe was loose and escutcheon was not secured down. Kleenex holder was empty and we had to find the tv plug and plug it in to use the tv. Room was clean and neat just lacked simple details
