Very loud, family staying next to us was extremely loud rooms are not soundproof. The staff member attending breakfast was very helpful and courteous. He kept the breakfast area very clean. Could have been a better selection of food, limited "healthy" breakfast options.

The Room was gross. Every lamp shade was tore and had something on it. The curtains had stains on them. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the cot we got was down to the springs! We asked for more towels so we had enough for morning showers and was told we couldnt get unless we exchanged the dirty ones for new. The pool area was nice for the kids but water was pretty cold for a heated pool. Also the tv remote did not work to turn it on. I realize they are going to remodel it said but maybe they should not use rooms that are so disgusiting. Was very disappointed. The lady at the desk was nice, but the man on duty not so much.

There was a perfume odor in the room that was either from the guest prior but it was so strong we had to sleep with the window open. It was 40 degrees out as well. There were spiders in the room, we felt we could not take our socks off as the carpets looked like they hadn’t been shampooed in decades. The property was so run down it needs to be completely redone. The sink would not drain.
