Worked great for our purposes, close to several marinas. Kids and dog were really happy with the water access. Was a little confusing on where the water access was at first. It is an old house so it’s not perfect but is clean and everything worked, was happy with the ac in the July heat and humidity.

The house has an odor due to a it being on a well so we did not shower there. The house overall was nice from an appearance standpoint but the smell was wicked at times.

We liked the view of the lake and the size of the house for 5 guys and how close we were to the city and tackle and so forth. The only thing we didn't like was the twin bed broke due to not being assembled properly like the other two had been. One of our guys had to sleep on the floor with the mattress. Other than that, it was a good experience at this property.
