Top floor of a very sunny, south-facing, detached villa with a warm atmosphere. The house is located 3 minutes from the village of La Croix-Valmer and the lovely Gigaro Beach.
The living room is bathed in light thanks to its large picture window overlooking the infinity pool, which faces the hills and the sea. It features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and one shower room. The house is tastefully furnished in a Provençal style.
