This superb, newly renovated villa sits in a quiet residential area, yet is just a short walk through the vines to Héraclée and Gigaro beaches. Several popular restaurants, coastal walking paths and a convenience store are also accessible on foot and the village of la Croix Valmer is just 5 minutes by car.
The villa has its own heated pool with sun loungers, a BBQ and petanque pit. The beautiful garden with its expansive outdoor terrace, generous dining table and seating area is a perfect haven for chilling out and socialising with family and friends.
The interior is contemporary, with an open-plan living space which includes many modern amenities, an extendable dining table and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate utility. There is also wifi and aircon throughout.
Of the bedrooms, two are en-suites with king-sized beds, there is an additional king bedroom and a twin bedroom both sharing a large family bathroom. The fifth room has a double sofa bed.
