Splendid sea view villa, quiet heated pool near St-Tropez, beaches.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

The villa, facing south, 3 minutes from the town center of La Croix Valmer where all the shops are located, overlooks a superb view of the sea and the Iles d'Or Levant and Port Cros. We take full advantage of the view at the edge of the magnificent private heated swimming pool which measures 10m X 5m and has a secure curtain. It is located one level below the house. The terrace around the pool measures 150 m2. It is extended by a Pool house in which is installed a garden furniture for summer naps.

The villa is located in a private and quiet domain, on a 2000 m2 wooded plot. The garden and the swimming pool are maintained by our gardener and our swimming pool specialist who come by once a week. The villa is about 1.5 km from a very large and beautiful sandy beach, very pleasant and very easy to access. You will not have traffic jams to access it as to go to Saint-Tropez which is located at 7 Kms or to Cavalaire at 3 kms of which we see the pretty port of the terrace.

Each bedroom has its en-suite bathroom and toilet as in
the hotel.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Modernes und top eingerichtetes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit hochwertiger Ausstattung, das komplett renoviert wurde. Die technischen Einrichtungen sind auf neuestem Stand, die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und alle Zimmer haben neue und moderne Bäder. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls neu mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Küste und das Meer. Der Pool ist groß, beheizt und alles drumherum sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ein Top Haus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt!

Beautiful far reaching views. Recently renovated upper floor, lower floor a little tired. One fan in the whole property and no air conditioning! Large terrace with great views, but wired balcony means not suitable for children.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet in Bestlage. Ein Highlight ist die großzügige Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und gemütlicher Sitzecke, mit Sonne vom frühen Morgen bis zum späten Nachmittag. Der Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire-sur-Mer ist einmalig schön.

Belle semaine avec une belle vue

Nous avons ete bien accueillis, Maison tres propre, calme, bien équipée (mais pas pour petits enfants) avec une belle vue mer et qui répond au descriptif. Seuls bémols: Le confort du mobilier qui est plutot basique et Piscine non chauffée ce qui est dommage en septembre.

Villa de prestige, vue magnifique sur la mer et les îles d'Or. Très calme ,très bien équipé, tout comme chez soi. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse et la piscine. Bref, un séjour mémorable dans un endroit exceptionnel. Sehr schöne Villa mit einem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und die îles d'Or. Sehr ruhig, sehr gut eingerichtet, ganz wie zuhause. Wir haben speziell die grosse Terrasse und den Swimming-Pool genossen. Kurz: Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt an einem ausserordentlich schönen Ort.

Villa de rêve

Superbe villa où nous avons passé des vacances de rêve. Vue magnifique sur la baie et les îles depuis la terrasse où l'on prend ses repas et depuis la piscine. Cette dernière est d'ailleurs très belle et a ravi nos ados. Très agréable pool house. La maison est décorée avec goût et la cuisine est hyper équipée (nespresso, mixer, frigo américain,...). La propriétaire est charmante et la description de la maison correspond en tous points à la réalité. Maison idéale pour des vacances au calme, loin de l'agitation de Cavalaire pourtant tout proche.

séjour formidable

La maison est très agréablement meublée et très facile à vivre, la vue magnifique et quel bonheur de se baigner dans la piscine tout en voyant la mer ! Ce furent des vacances familiales idylliques malgré quelques petits détails comme l'accès de la maison à la route dont la pente est vraiment très très raide pour la voiture et les accessoires du bbq que nous n'avons pas trouvés !
