Private estate in Baie de Valmer, just a short walk from the beach (300 m) with ocean views; our air-conditioned country house was completely renovated in 2022.

Semi-detached, single-story (49 m²) with a partially covered terrace (45 m²) and a garden (70 m²) perfect for relaxing among umbrella pines, mulberry trees, and oleanders. You’ll have access to a pool and 3 community tennis courts just a 400-meter walk away, as well as a pétanque court on the property.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé de super vacances. L emplacement est idéal, avec la plage à 5 min à pieds, la piscine et le tennis dans la résidence et des restaurants et magasins très proches. La maison est super bien équipée et la terrasse très agréable. La communication avec les propriétaires simple et rapide. Merci!
