After a few steps, you enter a bright living room: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge/dining room opening onto the fully-fitted terrace with magnificent sea views.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining, and a shower room with separate wc.
All rooms have air conditioning, wifi fibre access and free parking.
There are two ways of accessing the house:
From the top, down a path and several dozen steps.
From the bottom, accessible by car via a tarmac road leading uphill + again some high steps.

Closed and secure estate on 40ha with a collective swimming pool from June to September (10 € / pers. / week + 50 € deposit; free for children under 7), 4 tennis courts (100 € deposit then access for 40 € / week on reservation), a club house with free wi-fi access.

Optional linen hire: €20 double bed, €10 single bed, €8 set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.

The mas is 1.5 km from Gigaro beach, with its sandy beaches, coastal path and sea trail, restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press); from the Col de Collebasse, Ramatuelle is 10 minutes away, the Escalet beaches less than 15 minutes and Pampelonne 20 minutes.
