Room was good. Check-in staff was good. Morning staff was a bit rude. I was watching a.m. TV and the lady came and turned the volume off even though I was clearly watching the programming. When I asked about it there was a mutter about "level 9" and she turned it up a little, but I still couldn't hear. She did not interact with guests, had a long conversation with another employee in the lobby (over 15 minutes). There was a nice gentleman working there who was welcoming. She needs to do better.
