Charming house of 73 m² between sea and countryside in a comfortable and well-equipped residential area (reversible air conditioning, internet, TV, washing machine, coffee maker, induction hob, barbecue for your summer grills, deckchair, spa etc).

The accommodations are composed of a living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower (separate toilet), two bedrooms with cupboards (bed 160 cm X 200 cm and 140 cm X 200 cm) and a private terrace that will invite you to moments of relaxation and serenity, equipped with a spa to refresh you.
