Close to food stores and nightlife establishments, nurseries and children's activities, summer/winter ice rink, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a waterway.
