This is a fantastic hotel. Perfect stopover on the way back from the Alps. The hotel is so clean and comfortable with a really nice reception and bar area. We didn’t arrive until 11pm but we were given delicious pizzas from the pizza oven and had a drink in the bar. There are EV charging points too.

Check in was amazing, the lady who checked us in spoke amazing english which helped after a 11 hour drive. She explained everything about the hotel and the room including letting us know there was a happy hour on at the bar and discounts at some local restaurants. Room was tidy and clean, very good size to accommodate a family of 4. Bonus was that the air con was cold on a hot. Great location for us to continue our journey the next day. Thanks

As usual AKENA Troyes was excellent in every way possible, have stayed 4 times on route to our home in montelimar and have not been disappointed at all , so clean and Freindly, fab breakfast and really comfortable lounge and bar area for relaxing

Great little stopover hotel in a convenient place with plenty of parking. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Nothing glamorous about it or the area it is in but, for me, it is a better hotel with nicer rooms than you’ll find in Troyes centre for the price. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect stopover Hotel

Perfect hotel for our stopover on the way back to the Eurotunnel from the Alps. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, great value, friendly staff and great location. EV chargers on site and a Buffalo Grill right next door for dinner! They still had their Christmas decorations up which made it cosy and welcoming.
