Family groups, couples and groups of friends will all appreciate the flexible accommodation at Chalet Chavanette, as well as the hot tub, sauna and sunny terrace, where you can relax at the end of a busy day in the Alps.

The accommodation is set over three floors, with five en-suite bedrooms, each of which can be arranged with a large double bed or two singles. Two of the bedrooms also have a mezzanine floor with two single beds, which make ideal places for children to sleep and play. Four of the bedrooms also open onto a balcony, where you can catch the morning sun and enjoy your coffee!

The living area on the ground floor has a cosy seating area around a log fire, another room where you can get together to watch TV and a huge dining table with plenty of room for everyone to eat together. This area opens onto a spacious, wraparound terrace where you can soak in the hot tub, lounge on the sunbeds or enjoy a barbecue.

The kitchen is separate from the rest of the living area and has everything you need to cater for a large group, including a large fridge, a freezer and two dishwashers.

The washing machine and dryer can be found in the laundry room on the lower ground floor, next to a storage room. There's also a ski room with a heated boot rack, a WC and a shower right next door to the sauna, so you can come straight in after an exciting day and revive those aching limbs!

PLEASE NOTE: The maximum capacity for Chalet Chavanette is 12 guests (10 adults maximum), to ensure that all guests enjoy plenty of space. However, there are two extra children’s beds on the mezzanine, to allow for more flexible sleeping arrangements. A tenant/caretaker lives in an apartment on the lower ground floor. However, he has his own entrance and parking area and will not affect your privacy.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
