In the heart of the Perigord, is this holiday cottage in the countryside with private swimming pool.





The house is arranged over two floors. On the ground you’ll find the main living area with fireplace (wood supplied) along with one bedroom and bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. Head outside to explore the wooded grounds or sit and relax on the shaded terrace while you admire the countryside views. Cool off in the private pool which measures 10 m x 5 m.



The holiday cottage is situated at about 1 km from the village La Chapelle Aubareil, where you will find a bakery, restaurant, and a tennis court.
