Maria and Fred welcome you all year round in our cottage "Ivie" (2 to 10 people) as well as in our 2 guest rooms (2 to 8 people).<br><br>Weekly rental of a stone house of 130m2 with its garden and private swimming pool, heated (May to September depending on the weather).<br><br>On the first floor you will find a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a shower room and wc.<br>Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 beds in 140, 2 beds in 90, 2 benches in 90), a shower room and toilet.<br>Large converted barn with table tennis, table football and billiards.<br><br>Come and discover our peaceful house, nestled in the small valley of the Arkanson where comfort, charm and tranquility are mixed.<br><br>On holiday or on business tourism, with family or friends, we will be happy to welcome you.<br><br>A 15 mns Chantonnay, La Chataigneraie, Vouvant.<br>30 mns from Fontenay-le-Comte, the Marais Poitevin and the Puy du fou,<br>- 1 hour from Nantes and the Vendée coast.<br>You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to discovering the Vendée.
