Nice studio for 4/5 people with an area of 28m2 located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and peaceful residence.
Its south-facing loggia overlooks the mountain.
In the living room, 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed + a drawer bed underneath, a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the corridor, storage space where pillows, duvets and blankets are stored in the closet.
A beautiful fully equipped bathroom.
You will find a private ski room.
The apartment has a parking space, on the right of the private building with barrier.
Some improvements will be made during the year in decoration.
⚠️ For the winter school holidays we only rent for the whole week.
⚠️Sheets, towels and dish towels are not provided in the rental.
⚠️Cleaning is to be done by you on your departure. Products are on site, except sponges (hygiene issue).
🍽 Salt, pepper, coffee filter (simple bowl coffee maker) and cleaning products are at your disposal.
