For your business meetings, birthdays, family reunions, enjoy the place and a unique site at the top of the Brabant Pass.<br><br>In summer you can enjoy the 80 m2 terrace, part of which is covered. BBQs are at your disposal. <br><br>The BELM Cottage can accommodate up to 15 people<br><br>The whole is composed, within the same large house of which you will be the only occupants, of three cottages, each with bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room kitchen and a large well-equipped dining room. <br><br>Ideally located at the top of the Col de Brabant, at an altitude of 900m, it is a relaxing place while remaining close (5 kms) to amenities (shops, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling, restaurants, .. in La Bresse)<br><br>The ski slopes are 15 minutes away by car, or even 200m on foot (the small family resort of Brabant)<br><br>There are many hiking trails just from the house, on foot, by mountain bike, a paragliding site is 1 km away, and for cycling fans, the Vosges passes await you.<br><br><br>
