Located just 30 metres from the sea, this 80 m² semi-detached house with enclosed garden offers a private terrace with no overlooking neighbours as well as a second terrace on the upper floor offering sea views. Ideally situated in La Bernerie, it provides a perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway on the Jade Coast.



The house can accommodate up to four people. The upper floor comprises a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with direct access to an 8 m² terrace with sea views. On the ground floor there is a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old).



The ground floor living space includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and capsule machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, utensils and kitchen essentials), a dining room with television, an independent TV lounge and a separate toilet. Two bathrooms complete this property.



For your comfort, the accommodation provides two hairdryers, a washing machine, a garden table and chairs, a parasol, an outdoor lounge, a solar shower and a barbecue.

Former fishing village, La Bernerie en Retz at the beginning of the last century quickly became one of the most popular seaside resorts on the coast.
