Great staff service. Alexander in concierge clean. generous welcome of ruinart and fresh flowers. Great room. Cozy slippers. Lovely bed and whole hotel decor. Great music Saturday night. Doormen were exceptional in packing luggage in our car.

Le cadre est chouette . L’entretien est poussé mais bon première douche pas de savon. Au delà du cadre et de l’entretien pour avoir 5 voici ce qu’il nous aurait fallu - une piscine intérieur plus chaude. Temperature de l’eau Pas adaptée pour se baigner avec un tout petit - un service au bar très long . Salade Caesar au top mais le cordon bleu pas du tout. Il faut attendre 15 minutes pour 2 glaces et un café. Idem avec un petit c’est trop long cette attente. C’est le rapport Qualité prix qui ne permet pas pour moi 5/5

Très belle vue mer depuis la chambre. Piscines intérieures et extérieures. Large choix au buffet du petit déjeuner. Hôtel en front de mer. Nous regrettons simplement de ne pas avoir anticipé la réservation au restaurant pour le dîner.

Week-end à la Baule dans un lieu magique…

Séjour très reposant dans un hôtel que nous avons aimez retrouver après un éloignement du à la crise sanitaire entre autre . L’endroit est merveilleux et le personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner excellent, bonne cuisine. Service de chambre au top, conciergerie, et accueille également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Hôtel confortable, belle chambre vu sur mer personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. Un peu déçu de ne pas avoir pu avoir accès au spa hamam et sauna malgré qu'au téléphone avant réservation on m'avait pourtant dit que c'était accessible. Par apport au covid la réorganisation pour les petits déjeuner génère un peu d'attente. Pour le tarif je m'attendais à avoir accès à tout les services et pas d'attente mais certaine que le personnel se donnent le maximum pour satisfaire sa clientèle
