My apartment is ready to receive 5 people, and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a living space with a double bed and a sofa bed.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Elevator, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven.
You will also have two balconies that offer a nice view of the clean and quiet neighborhood.

You will stay ideally in the downtown area! You will find everything you need nearby: bars, shops, restaurants...,

Visit La Baule-Escoublac and its must-see places such as: the Aeronautical Museum Presqu'île Côte d'Amour (7 minutes by car), the Escoublac Forest (6 minutes), the Dryades Park (6 minutes), and the Benoît esplanade (7 minutes by car).

## Emplacement
