Mas des Cyprès: Charm and Nature in the Drôme Provençale

This authentic 16th century stone farmhouse is located less than 10 km from the Montélimar TGV station, in the middle of the fields of the Bâtie Rolland, at the foot of the charming hilltop village of Puygiron, a few minutes from shops and an 18-hole golf course (Golf de la Valdaine). This house has been renovated with taste and quality furniture. Large living spaces where you can spend pleasant moments with your family, an interior courtyard, a pleasant outdoor area with a swimming pool that has been completely redone for your greatest happiness and a large terrace that will walk from the house to the outside. Ping pong and barbecue will enhance your stay. The house consists of 8 bedrooms with brand new and quality bedding (4 double beds and 11 single beds), 4 bathrooms, 7 toilets (including 1 exterior) and can accommodate up to 15 people (one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor). The 2nd floor only is equipped with air conditioning, the hottest floor. The large and functional family kitchen is well equipped, the interiors cosy with noble materials and new or antique equipment, beautiful light. Stone walls, exposed beams, high ceilings, vaulted rooms and stone staircases make the charm of this Provençal farmhouse ideal for holidays with family or friends.** Coffee machine available in the house: Nespresso machine (standard capsules) and filter coffee maker.** If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity then the reservation will be cancelled without refund.** Basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper...). The tenant must plan for the rest of the stay.** Departures are before 10am. When possible, we can allow a departure until 12pm. Beyond that, we ask for an additional 15€ per adult to enjoy the premises within the limit of 17h.La swimming pool can only be opened if the water temperature allows it (discretion of the pool builder).
