A 10-minute walk from the center of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this contemporary 120 m² villa on a 1200 m² plot is air-conditioned and features a swimming pool, accommodating up to 6 people.

Located in a very quiet residential area, the house has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a walk-in shower, and a toilet. There is a large 45 m² living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, etc.). A sofa, a 120 cm TV with internet access, and Wi-Fi are also provided. A laundry room with a washing machine and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.

The Mediterranean garden and the Balinese-tiled swimming pool offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A private terrace with a plancha grill and private parking are also included.

Linens and towels are provided.

This property is a 10. The upgrades they have included in this home are top notch. Three large bedrooms, all with en-suite full baths. Toiletries to begin your stay and a fully stocked kitchen. Even a bottle of water in the fridge was a welcome sight. The pool was a game changer for our vacation, as we were in France during the dangerous heat wave plaguing Europe for a week. Emilie was so helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions and even talked us through the operation of the washer as we do not speak/read French! Our stay was so relaxing, reading by the pool and the landscaping surrounding the property is beautiful! We will definitely be back!Kathy-USA
