Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool in the town of L’Île-Rousse, situated approximately 50 metres from the beach. It measures 42 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with new bedding – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a sofa bed, dining area, TV…
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) – a cabin-style bedroom with a porthole window
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) – a cabin-style bedroom with a porthole window
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a high chair, a cot, an iron and an ironing board.

Outdoors:

L'Isula "Great stay for families w. kids! 🙂 Amazing host! Any small shortage was promptly cared for, which we were very thankful for. The wonderful beach is only a few steps away and city center only a short walk. Brand new cutlery, plates, tables, chairs, etc. Big balcony with nice furniture, apartment was nicely furnished and the AC kept us cool even w. the hot weather. Though not mentioned in the summary, the apartment has a washing machine. 🙁 The appartment has been recently put for location, so a few items were missing (corkscrew, chef knife, etc), but the host was always available to adress it. Swimming pool/outside shower could be better maintained but nothing that prevented us from having a great time."

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement numéro 2, en rez-de-chaussée. La situation est pratique et non loin de la ville; nous y étions pendant le concours de pétanque et les parkings de la ville étaient inaccessibles. 15 minutes à pieds, c’était très bien. Le logement en lui-même est vieillot et pas très propre, je l’ai d’ailleurs laissé plus propre en partant que je ne l’ai eu à mon arrivée. Au niveau équipements, il y a ce qu’il faut, la seule chose qui pourrait manquer serait un lave-vaisselle, en revanche il y a un lave-linge, ce qui est bien pratique. Le dernier point est l’humidité du logement, impossible de faire sécher quoique soit.
