The property is spread over three floors. The living and dining room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a television that works only via an HDMI connection. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and oven.

There are four bedrooms: two each with a 180 cm-wide double bed, one with a 150 cm-wide double bed and one with two 90 cm-wide single beds. All beds come with bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows. There are three bathrooms with showers.

The property also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and clothes airer with pegs. There is outdoor parking for two cars and an enclosed garage for two additional cars.

It is located 400 metres from L’Escala’s historic centre and its shops, 700 metres from Les Barques beach and the restaurants, 600 metres from Riells beach and 300 metres from the nearest supermarket.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The pool is available from May onwards.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels ( 11,90€per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
