Noelia: Exclusive villa overlooking the sea and private pool.

Villa with sea views and capacity for 7 people, located a few meters from Cala Montgó and the Montgrí Natural Park. Its quiet surroundings allow you to enjoy the landscape and practice activities such as diving, cycling, hiking and paddle surfing. The house is distributed over two floors. At street level there are two private parking spaces. Upon entering and descending some stairs, you access a spacious living room and an open kitchen with an island and high dining table. Both rooms open onto a large terrace with garden furniture and sea views, where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Going down some stairs you reach the lower floor, where you will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed and bathroom with a bathtub, another with a double bed and a single bed, and a third with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a toilet. The bedrooms open onto the lower terrace, where you can enjoy the infinity pool and sea views.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 400) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11,90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
