Apartment with communal pool in l'Escala, located in the magnificent community of Magda Park, 800 meters from Riells beach and its shops. It is an ideal apartment for family vacations.

The apartment is located on the second floor, it is tastefully decorated and very cosy. We enter through the front door and find a hall that separates the day area from the night area. In the day area, a spacious room with the kitchen, which is separated from the dining room with an American bar, and the living-dining room. From this same room we access the terrace with views of the forest, equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. It also has a toilet. In the night area we find the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Also in this area is the full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.

The apartment is located in a luxury residence, very well maintained, with a large garden, a park area... and an excellent community pool to cool off. The community area is completely fenced, so it is very safe for children to play freely in all the space they have.

You will like the apartment if you are looking for a place to spend a safe family holiday, close to the beach and shops, in a well-equipped and furnished accommodation.
