House in Léscala, 6 minutes from Rec Beach. Family-friendly house with a private garden and community pool in the town of Léscala. Sleeps 6, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We do not accept guests under 28 years of age, though children are welcome. We do not accept pets.

Two-story house; on the first floor, there is a dining room with a sofa, dining table, and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and dishwasher. The dining room opens onto the outdoor garden. You can set up an outdoor table in front of the dining room. There are lounge chairs for sunbathing in the garden.

On the second floor are the three bedrooms: one with a 1.80m king-size bed, another with two single beds, and the third with a trundle bed. The bathrooms are fully equipped; one has a bathtub and bidet, and the other has a shower. There is a balcony on this floor.

You cannot park your car in the garage because it is too small, but you can drive up and unload in front of the house, and there is free parking available on the street. A washing machine is available for guests’ use. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Bicycles can be parked inside the garage.
