Laia: Apartment overlooking the sea, 50m from the beach

Apartment located in a privileged place: the Punta Romana building, known for its magnificent views, its pleasant garden area and the swimming pool with trampoline. The apartment is 50 meters away from the beach "Cala de la Creu", and 150 meters from the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. It is the ideal place to forget about the car.

The apartment located on the first floor has a two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower, open kitchen and living room. On the terrace you can enjoy your meals overlooking the sea or relax in the sun.

In total the apartment can accommodate 6 people: in a double bed (1,50m), a bunk bed and a double sofa bed.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
