Florida: Stylish Downtown Duplex with Sea Views

Modern-style apartment located in the old town of L'Escala, close to local shops, bars and restaurants, and a three-minute walk from Las Barcas beach. The accommodation is distributed over three levels. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and washing machine. The dining room has a round table for six people. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is access to an outdoor terrace with a dining table and an iron for cooking. From the terrace, stairs lead to a chill-out area on the roof, overlooking the sea, where you can have a drink at sunset. The apartment also has a small outdoor pool to cool off and relax. It has internet connection and air conditioning. PLEASE NOTE: From 01/10 to 01/05 the accommodation does not have a swimming pool.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

La plage , la proximité du centre ville . Climatisation efficace et silencieuse . Électroménager Abriter la terrasse du soleil Machine à café en panne depuis une an . Améliorer la literie ++++

De ligging is perfect! Middenin het oude centrum tussen de winkeltjes, barretjes en restaurants. Vanaf het dakterras uitzicht op zee. Zee is minder dan een minuut lopen. De ruïnes zijn op loopafstand en daar is het sowieso prachtig wandelen. Spar is aan einde van de straat en Lidl ook te lopen. Via Expedia geboekt in het Engels vervolgens is alle communicatie in het Spaans met eigenaar K3. Uiteindelijk komt het ook goed met de sleutel die ze op zondag in een kluis stoppen, maar je ontvangt veel e-mails.

casa da favola a l'escala

Appartamento su più livelli in pieno centro a l'escale, ideale per non usare la macchina per tutto il soggiorno. Accessori e pulizia corretti, piscina fantastica (un po' fredda causa vento) e terrazzo meraviglioso. Davvero piacevole e rilassante.
