Rental house in l'Escala, cozy, with a private salt pool and a spacious outdoor area to spend fantastic vacations with family and friends near the sea. Located just 900 meters from Riells beach, the house is situated in a quiet residential area with few neighbors.
The house has a covered front terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and an awning to protect from the sun. Upon entering, a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen with an American bar that communicates with the dining room. Two double bedrooms with closets, a full bathroom with shower and a toilet. Annexed to the house, we find the third bedroom that has bunk beds. It also has an outdoor shower with hot water, very useful when there are many people in the house! Important note: this third bedroom communicates with the rest of the house through the garage.
