Can Tarra 2: Modern apartment in the historic center of l'Escala

This renovated apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is located in the centre of L’Escala. The accommodation is laid out on a single level and has a terrace at the top of the building.

The living and dining room has air conditioning, a television and Wi-Fi. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and oven.

There are three bedrooms: one with a 150 cm-wide double bed, another with two single beds pushed together, and a third with two 90 cm-wide single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The beds come with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows.

There are also two bathrooms with showers, and the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Parking is also available.

The apartment is a 4-minute walk (240 m) from Las Barcas beach and 230 m from La Creu beach, both close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Montgrí Natural Park is 2 km away, and the ruins of Empúries are 1.8 km away.



Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, contact the agency. The key collection location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (300€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bedding is included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in (after 20:00h).
