Principal avantage Maison idéalement située pour accéder à la plage. Proche de tout ! Mobiliers/ installations cassés/abîmés ou méritant d'être changé. Pas de machine à laver bien dommage pour une location pout 6 personnes.

Très bonne situation

Maison très bien située très proche de la plage et des rues commerçantes. Et très calme . Maison idéale pour 6 personnes. Elle est un peu ancienne mais bien équipée . Climatisation qui fonctionne très bien . Très bon séjour en août 2023

Bel emplacement mais maison mal entretenue.

Dommage !! Très bien située cette maisonnette n est pas à la hauteur des prestations indiquées. Le tarif ne comprend pas les 90e de ménage qui pour notre arrivée n a pas été fait. D ailleurs la maison a été ouverte par nos soins, fermée depuis la saison dernière. L agence vous donne les clés et débrouillez vous. Résultat une odeur d égout insoutenable et de renfermée qui s est estompée uniquement au 3 ème jour. Toilettes sales. Portes de douche non ajustées qui provoquent vite l inondation et donc goutes à goutes dans le salon en dessous. Cuisine et le reste ok. Porte d entrée et du frigo qui ferment mal. Dommage pour les économies d énergies car clim obligatoire la journée avec les 35 degrés... la nuit tout ouvert pour ne pas être asfixiés par les remontées d eaux usées, avec un bébé de 18 mois pfff !! Agence toujours fermée lors de nos passages pour signaler les faits. Jour du départ prévu a 10h, attente d un personnel de. L agence ou de ménage jusqu'à 13h... Personne agence fermée.... Donc départ en laissant les clés dans la maison. J invite les propriétaires à changer de prestataire car sans ces désagréments ce serait top !!!

Parfait emplacement

L'emplacement est parfait, la plage est juste là à côté ainsi que les restaurants, les boutiques, la boulangerie,... bref tout est à proximité. La propreté est moyenne, nous avons dû débouché le 1er jour l'évacuation de la douche bourrée de cheveux. Les joints ne sont plis très étanches. Dommage que la douche soit à l'étage attention pour les personnes âgées. Je recommande pour un séjour agréable et apaisant en bordure de plage. Autrement bonne location.

La plage n'est pas à 50 mètres mais à 30 ! Pour le prix du séjour, pas grand chose à dire ! Certes , la maison n'avait pas était aérée au préalable mais il y a tout ce que l'on peut attendre pour le tarif : lave vaisselle , barbecue, climatisation très efficace , salon de jardin, store banne, 2 vélos à disposition ( bien que les commerces et la plage soient à proximité) Nous avons passé 1 semaine en déconnexion totale, en famille ! Merci à l'agence, merci à notre hôte ! Des critiques comme partout il pourrait y en avoir, nous ne retenons que les + . Merci 🤩

A rafraichir

Cette location est très bien située. La cuisine est un peu petite mais pas vieille. La literie est récente également. Par contre, les placards sentent le renfermés et il faudrait rafraichir l'ensemble mais autrement très agréable et proche de la plage et de la promenade.
